Zune Games

Microsoft's entertainment division, is working with J Allard, the man behind the Xbox brand, on the Zune project. J Allards involvement also suggests that gaming might be part of the Zune project but at the moment Microsoft haven’t revealed any details so far.
There is a possibility that an add-on game pad similar to the Sony Ericsson P800 Bluetooth game pad. This will be used for "classic gaming", probably NES/SNES-level graphics.
Other reports suggest that Microsoft will at later stage release a Zune player that supports Xbox Live Arcade games through the Xbox Live Service. More information will be posted as and when available.
